NEW MERCHANDISE:

Customer satisfaction is important to us. RETURNS are kindly accepted within 7 days of delivery on all new merchandise. Refunds given in the original form of payment.

CUSTOM items may take 2-4 weeks for completion & delivery. All pillow inserts as listed are 90/10 down inserts. Down alternative options are available upon request for those with allergy concerns.

ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE ITEMS:

Antique and vintage items are always imperfect in some way. That is part of their natural beauty and character. We do, however, only offer pieces that we believe are of high quality and craftsmanship. If you have questions about an item, please contact us prior to purchasing, we would be happy to provide any additional information.

All sales are final on antique and vintage finds. We carefully package and ship via FedEx to ensure safe travels of our products.
